Saw this this morning should I be worried? How can I fix it?

Looking to get Apple car play for my 01 nb. Preferably has a volume knob and as cheap as possible lol. Let me know what yall have and links pls!

I want to start restoring the car and make it pretty much brand new since it has 177k miles. Fix paint, door hinges, seatbelts, ect wear and tire items. What do yall recommend. Want the car to be solid before I just do some slight modding. Any small pieces that need replacement. Help me out!
