I'm currently going through a routine universal credit review and they want 4 months of statements from my vinted account. They need them in pdf form. I can't figure out how to get my statements. I've tried the app and the website.

I could screenshot and convert to pdf but there is nothing on there that identifies that the account is mine as its literally just a list of transactions. Has anyone ever had to get statements for vinted? If so how did you do it?

I live in England and I'm currently undergoing a review. They started in December 2025 but then I guess I slipped through the cracks and they never got back to me until after my bank statements were outdated. So I sent them again and today they called me to ask a long list of questions. He seemed pretty focused on when my savings went over £6000 back in 2024 from a back payment of my limited capability to work and work related activities element. I was at £5900 before then over £8000 after. I declared when I was at £5900 because I knew it was close to the threshold and wanted to be transparent. I didn't know at this point that I would be getting a back payment. I also declared after the back payment and was told it wasn't counted towards savings for 12 months and then I declared again 12 months later. Ive been declaring every month the amount changes just to make sure I don't get overpaid. He wants me to send bank statements from 2024 which is a bit of a nightmare as it appears they don't go back that far on the app l. Im hoping the bank website will help.

He also wants to see my vinted and ebay statements from the last 4 months. I have sold a few bits of clothing and collectibles I no longer wanted on there . The only issues is I can't figure out how to get vinted statements. I can see them on the app but there is no download option. I even tried the desktop website. I could take screenshot and convert to pdf but there is no account number or anything like that on these statements to identify that its mine.

Has anyone else had to send in vinted statements if so how? Also still figuring out ebay as well. I only sold one thing on there but it was £100 (£5 more than I brought it for)

You might be able to tell this has all made me quite anxious as it felt like I might have done something wrong. I think i might get in trouble for the few quid I might have made here and there as I didn't keep track of how much i brough the stuff I sold for so its possible I did make some profit.

Anyway sorry to ramble if anyone can help I'd be incredibly grateful thanks in advanc.
