I need to finish my application progress as a non-eu student but system asking that declaration of value, but I dont have that and I want to give them after pre-enrolment but I cant apply without that. Could someone help?

I just saw this school; I have a 1510 SAT score and a 92/100 GPA international. What do you think of it? Is it worth the money? Is it as prestigious as Bologna, and do I have a chance of getting accepted?
