N-400 case changed to still being processed after 1 year of becoming a citizen- anyone else experiencing this
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with their N-400 case.
I became a U.S. citizen last year and my naturalization case was officially closed after the oath ceremony. Everything has been normal since then.
Today, out of nowhere, I received a USCIS notification saying my N-400 case is “still being processed” However, when I log into my account, the case still shows as closed and there are no new documents or notices uploaded.
Has anyone else received a random status update like this months or even a year after becoming a citizen? Was it just a USCIS system glitch or did anything happen afterward?
