Is this a red flag?
My rabbit mocha was killed a few days ago and I had a total of three rabbits (only 2 now) pippin and Roger, P and M were bonded for years, we tried many times to bond Roger and clover (dead) with them but they all fought with poor mocha being the punching bag, so we stopped trying and keeper them near each other but not together
Anyways when clover died we tried bonding again and Roger and mocha got along, pippin and him still fought so we didn’t try for a while again. Come back to current day- both the second rabbit in the bonded pairs are dead leaving two non-bonded bunnies, pippin and Roger, both aggressive
Now having been living next to each other the past over 5 Years
I don’t want them to be sad since they witnessed mochas death and pippin was very very close to his brother so im trying to bond them again
Long story short since their respectively bonded pairs are dead im trying to bond them together so they won’t be lonely and depressed
Is it a red flag when:
Roger flinches when popping licks his nose, keeping in mind Roger comes from a horder house and has a bad past woth other rabbits and isn’t a fan of petting on the face specifically nose.
2.
When roger humps pippin for like 6 seconds, should I stop this from happening? (Both boys and both neutered, same age)
3.
Getting close to each others face staring at each other with intent
I think are good, correct me of wrong:
Roger grinding his teeth
2.
Both bunnies loafing/laying down
3.
Pipping giving Roger face licks
4.
Roger giving pipping ear licks
