FYI: MFP is ignoring refund requests. You'll need to do a chargeback

Just what the title says, if you want your money back, MFP has ignored requests for refunds. You'll need to contact your bank to get a chargeback. If you paid for a year, do not let these incompetent designers steal $80 from you. Take it back. Let them explain to the banks why they didn't provide the services they agreed to provide.

MFP, Y'all need to address this before you lose your userbase

This update is awful. Every single recent review is awful. I finally see your team responding to reviews saying that things will be fixed soon. If that's true, you need to make an announcement here, and on all of your social media. You ruined your app, and you will not get people back without turning things back (and soon).

People are looking for their replacement apps as we speak, and once they find one they like, they won't be coming back, even if you fix things. People have canceled their subscriptions, and they're going to let them lapse.

Which app are we all switching to?

Hey everyone. Unfortunately, I know I'm not even close to the only one who canceled their premium subscription today and is now looking for an alternative app. I've used MFP for years and it has helped me so much, but in one update they managed to get rid of every single feature that made it easy and convenient to use. So, I'm done and looking for an alternative app.

MFP is seriously garbage now. Nobody wants an AI coach. Nobody wants their dashboard to be a ton of words. Nobody wanted the dashboard to no longer have information readily available at a glance. Nobody was asking for each meal to be its own diary. Nobody was asking for the 'calories left' counter to be shrunk and hidden. Nobody wanted it to take 3x longer to log food. Nobody wanted to only be able to select meals from history if they're identical to previous days. Nobody wanted to have to tap 4 different buttons just to see how much fiber they've eaten today. Nobody wants their week broken down by a garbage LLM. Nobody wanted it to be more difficult to see your meal history for previous days of the week. This is an incredibly tone-deaf move.

Which apps have you all found that have the same features as the old MFP? Which apps are most people switching over to?
