Noticed these small snails in the tank. Not added any fishes or shrimps yet as the tank is still cycling. Are these snails pests? And if they are any way to get rid of it?

My tank is now a week old. I have added more montecarlo and more background plants are on the way. Even after doing more than 50% water changes a day my ammonia is still 1ppm-1.5ppm.
Do I still do 50% water changes everyday or every other day from this week on.
