My podcast (DM4PROS), a french podcast about marketing digital, will have soon one year. I'm verry satisfied with its results. We have mostly 9k listens, what is impressive on my specific target.

I share with you my satisfaction because i saw some podcasts who record a special episode to take stock of the first year. The value i see in it is that show that the podcast is working, and it can generate interest for collaboration and sponsored episode. But i'm wondering about the interest for my listeners of this kind of episode. What do you think about it ? I should record it or not ?

Second question, i seeing podcast who works with season to differenciate each year of podcast ? What is the goal ?

Does this apply to my podcast, which is released every two weeks?
