Howdy folks,

I got my green card extended for 4 years, provided the letter and stamp to CBP and CBSA ahead of time, and had no issue with Canada or US.

On the return trip to US, i had my letter, stamp, Nexus and Green card ready to present. At the booth, the agent used an extension cable and positioned their webcam to take my picture.

I was the only person in the lane, so i don’t know if it affected others.

Is this normal? They usually take a picture when scanning your Nexus card at the card reader.

Each month, I upload a joint mortgage statement and/or joint health care plan showing transactions to the two of us.

I was considering uploading joint utility bills too, Some are only in my name, but I was considering adding the spouse's name as well for additional evidence.

We have also 10 years of photos that were uploaded, along with previous apartment leases, 1 affidavit, other health coverage, beneficiaries etc.

My question is: Does the repeating monthly mortgage statement push the other important evidence (such as photos, apartment lease, deed to home etc so far down the list of documents that an agent might not bother to scroll or paginate to other pages to look at them?

What other things are you doing to make your case stronger?
