Hello everyone. First of all, thank you for your time. The other day, a friend and I decided to quickly print out some decks and have a few games, and we ended up playing seven in a row.
The decks we tried are as follows:

We’re now looking to put together a more stable set of decks. What we’re after is:
- Solid decks
- Not overly competitive
- A good variety
When you filter by ‘Standard’ on Netrunnerdb, is that more or less what I’m looking for?
And the question:
We were looking at the ‘Propeller’ card and, if we’ve understood it correctly, for 1 cost you get a Program with 8 strength? Each counter is +2 and it starts with 4
