brought this guy to my office to save it from a plant loving cat. Not sure if I’m over or under watering it. I just repotted as well. I do have a grow lamp on during rainy days.

leaves are bending, it’s flopping to one side and no babies even though it’s a year old and was root bound in previous pot. Pots do have drainage as well.

any ideas?
