I’m looking for a couple of reliable techs to help out part-time on some upcoming [commercial/residential] infrastructure jobs. Mostly, e.g., pulling Cat6, hanging APs, and dressing racks.

The deal: I’m looking for W-2 employees, not 1099. I’m not interested in "gig" guys who disappear after a week. I need people who show up on time, have their own basic hand tools/transport, and actually give a damn about how their cable management looks.

The schedule: Flexible. Good for guys who want extra hours on top of their 9-5 or anyone looking for a steady part-time gig.

The pay: I don’t post a flat rate because it depends on what you actually know how to do. If you’re a pro who can terminate fiber and build out a closet, we’ll talk one number. If you’re still learning the ropes, we’ll talk another. I'm fair, but I pay for performance.

Be trustable and be able to pass a background and fingerprinting.

If you’re interested, shoot me a DM. Tell me what you've worked on.

DM me your experience and we can talk numbers. I'm not going to low-ball a guy who knows his stuff.

I’ve posted on here before — I’m always looking for solid, reliable techs.

I run a small low voltage / network company here in Michigan and we’re starting to get busier, so I’m looking to bring on some part-time guys I can trust. This would be as-needed work — I’ll call you when jobs come in.

What I’m looking for:

Dependable — if you say you’re showing up, you show up

Experience in low voltage, cabling, cameras, network installs, etc.

Have your own tools

You don’t need to supply materials, but if you do, you’ll be paid for it

I’m not posting pay on here — everyone’s skill level and value is different. If you’re good at what you do, you’ll be paid fairly. Simple as that.

I pay on time, I treat people right, and I’m trying to build something long-term — not just throw jobs around.

If you’re in Michigan (Tri-County area or nearby) and want to pick up work, message me with your experience and contact info.
