I’ve been working on hook driven songwriting especially how phrasing, flow and word choice can make or break a line.
I come from novel and film writing (currently developing a horror film), so I tend to approach songs with a strong focus on imagery, storytelling and structure.
I’m also a 3x ISC Semi Finalist (2021, 2023, 2025 including recognition in the lyrics category, 15,000+ submissions).
I’d like to do a few short 1:1 Zoom sessions around 20 minutes, free and go deeper on lyrics and hooks with some of you.
No need to credit anything and everything you share stays yours.
I won’t be able to do many maybe around 10 but I’m curious to see what people here are working on.
