Hi everyone, are those of you with a Safe 7 having any problems connecting it with the cable? Because I used the cable that came with it and it doesn't connect or charge, but when I connect it with another USB-C cable, it only recharges the battery.

Also, is it normal that there's no power button and it just stays in sleep mode?
