UPSC at 27 possible?

Hello, I thinking about pursuing UPSC. A brief information on me:

  1. I'm 27 years old.
  2. I graduated late at 26 due to family problem.
  3. Currently pursuing final papers of a professional accounting qualification, ACCA.
  4. Have no work experience.
  5. Can commit required hours and effort for preparation if passing at this age is realistically possible**.**

Questions:

  1. Given the information, would it be wise to pursue USPC?
  2. Have there been other candidates with similar background who cracked the exam?
  3. Should I pursue BPSC instead of UPSC if passing at this age is highly unlikely?
