Swiggy raigbaited me in every possible way!

TL;DR: Ordered a BK Bolt delivery on Swiggy showing 15 mins ETA. Right after payment, it changed to 40 mins. Rider barely moved, support kept lying/copypasting replies, then the rider seemingly disappeared with my food while the app showed “arrived.” Got a replacement after wasting 1+ hour, no compensation given 💀

So, I was ordering a chicken bucket from BK at 1:01 am and in the cart, it showed that it's a Bolt order and would get delivered within 15 mins.

So I placed it, because I was hungry...the moment my payment went through, and order tracking page opened, suddenly the delivery time changed to 40 mins!

I immediately contacted the cx support and that guy kept putting me on hold and ignoring my texts, and always replied with some copy pasted texts. I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund for it because I ordered because of 15 min delivery promise which isn't being fulfilled here. The guy had the audacity to tell me that if you cancel you'll have to bear the cancellation charges!😭😭 Bruh?? You are the ones who're deceiving the customers and then you're also charging them for your mistakes? 😭😭

Anyways, my order went out for delivery after 30 mins. 5 mins passed, he was still there at the restaurant...I told the representative that he is not moving and that guy said that I had a talk with him and he'll deliver your order soon.

Now after the some mins, suddenly my rider was in a completely different location but somehow it was saying arrived at your location... I was like WTF??? Reported it to representative and he also said that he is at your location and you should receive it soon.

By this time almost 40 mins has passed and I wrote a scathing text to the representative saying that if I don't receive my order within 40 mins of time..you will cancel the order and refund me the full amount...so he said I'm contacting the rider...then he says that the rider is not picking up his calls! Huh? Didn't you js told me you had a talk with him!?

After the rider fled with my food, it was still showing the same "arrived at location" shit...the representative finally offered me to replace the order which I chose and somehow this time...the order was a bolt order and got delivered in 20 mins!😭😭

After this, the representative called me and said that we have to work with limited resources and cannot offer compensation or anything...if you'd like I can escalate it to a supervisor, they have more power over these things. I was like ok, if not compensation, atleast I can report this incident...after confirmation the representative said there is no supervisor available right now!😭😭😭

This whole scene took well over 1 hour and it frustrated the hell Outta me... Don't know why swiggy representatives lie like that...and the rider? I officially hate that guy with every fiber of my being!🥲 On top of that...the representative didn't even offer me a coupon atleast to make me feel like they're actually sorry for the whole scenario.
