Best elective for pre med❓
Hi I’m studying Advanced Science(pre med) first year and gonna do the GAMSAT later, I’m still deciding my elective between: foundational maths 1, principles of pharmaceutical science and nature and evolution. Maths is a free HD and good to get a high WAM it also has less work but it’s not relevant for GAMSAT(mental maths) or med, pharm sci is most relevant for medicine but not for GAMSAT and Nature and evolution is most relevant for GAMSAT but not for medicine. Also maths has no labs and less classes, pharm sci has 2hr classes and no labs too but has hard formulas and needs lots of solo study, N&E is similar to HSC biology but has a lab and 5 hr classes total each week and needs lots of solo study too. I did Chem(85 ATAR), Bio(Band. 6) and maths adv(81 ATAR) in the HSC btw. Next semester I’m doing Chemistry 2, Human anatomy and physiology and Molecular Biology which are all hard subjects and have practicals too each week.
What should I pick?🤔
