Wireless router setup suggestions for Presonus 16R in rackmount setup?

Building an IEM rig with a Presonus 16R mixer. Trying to find the best wireless router to use in our setup, and ideally one that we can rackmount for easy transport and setup. Any suggestions? What has worked you all?

Gator standard or shallow rack for Presonus 16R?

I’m building a rack with a Presonus 16R mixer and HP60 headphone amp. The 16R is has the most depth at 12”. A Gator shallow rack is 13” depth but I don’t think that’s enough clearance for cables. Does anyone know if I would need the full size rack instead of the shallow one? Not sure if anyone has already mounted this product in their rack. Maybe the rack case’s lids are recessed?

I am trying to set up our studio for somewhat of an IEM capability. We like the Behringer XR18 mixer which has mono XLR aux outs for individual mixes. We would like to connect these 6 aux outs to the external ins of a Presonus HP60 headphone amp. The external ins accept 1/4” stereo unbalanced. Each channel on the headphone amp has a mono button to convert the external ins to mono.

What cables should I use to make this connection? I’m confused about TS versus TRS and balanced versus unbalanced. I have searched manuals and this is a little beyond my understanding. Also when I ask ChatGPT or Claude, I get a different answer every time so I don’t trust it. Can someone please help?
