Hi all! I recently became eligible for gifts on Instagram and went through the steps to set up my payout account. For a week now, everytime I get to the “add tax info” part, when I click the button I get this error screen “something went wrong”.

It’s driving me crazy. I’ve updated the app, my phone, done it on wifi and cellular, and I tried to do it on desktop but I couldn’t access these settings on the computer. Has anyone ever encountered this? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
