Audio help
This may be a bit out of the edrum context.. but any help is appreciated.. I have no idea what I’m doing.
I have a TD-17 and it’s been great to get back into drumming. I’ve started playing in our worship band and my wife loves to sing. She’s expressed interest in singing when I practice at home. I use an app connected to td-17 via Bluetooth to play the songs and I can mute the voice, drums, etc which is really fun to remove the drums and play along.
What I want.. is to figure out a way to have two different headphones for each of us and we would both hear the drums, the track from the Bluetooth input and her voice.
I dont need to control the volume of each track separately just the master volume in each headset can be separate. I blast my end and my wife’s ears can’t handle it haha.
I think there would also be a requirement to maybe eventually be able to get this into some computer software for us to record in the future.
I have no hardware other than the td17 and my PC. I would buy a mic and love to use it both for pc gaming and when my wife sings. Assuming it would be XLR and I would need some interface between the PC and mic/drumset..
Was looking at the Scarlett audio interfaces but I’m not sure.. isn’t the td-17 itself an audio interface already?
