Drowning in marketplace catalog work, how do other Indian D2C brands handle this?

Small D2C brand here. Selling on our own Shopify site plus Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and now starting on Myntra. Every channel wants something different and I’m spending half my week on listings instead of actually growing the business.
Meesho wants 1500×1500 white-background images that don’t work for Amazon. Flipkart keeps suspending listings for missing manufacturer addresses or MRP image mismatches. Myntra has its own category rules I can’t keep up with. Half my SKUs have inconsistent attributes across channels and I can’t tell which ones are live, which are suppressed, which need updates.
Right now my catalog manager is basically living in Excel and re-uploading files when stuff breaks. We’ve looked at Unicommerce and Vinculum but they feel built for bigger brands. Hired a listing agency once, didn’t go great.
How are other small-to-mid D2C brands actually handling this? Is everyone just suffering in Excel, or is there something I’m missing?

What’s the first thing you look at Shopify each morning

I’m trying to improve how I manage my store daily. Curious what experienced store owners look at first every morning on Shopify, conversion rate, sessions, abandoned carts, revenue, ROAS, etc. What metric matters most to you?
