Location: North Texas, Ladonia (Non-Igneous)
I came across these flat looking rocks while looking for some fossils in the North Sulphur River. There are speckles of gold-ish metallic colors as well non-oxidized rose-ish copper colors. It is in fact very reflective (I tried my best to display it in the video) and brittle as well. I initially thought it was some sort of slag but this part of Texas isn’t know for metals and mines.
Please let me know if you have any idea what it could be and if you’d like more images/video of this specimen.
