PS- just kidding, I know color is perceptual! ...but...real talk, my art degree is proof I know the actual CORRECT answer lol

I work in a high end independent living communities with several restaurant spaces throughout the property. With elderly residents, the heat is up way too high and the AC is never cool enough.

I am particularly heat intolerant and need clothes that can BREATHE (aka natural fibers). Our uniforms are black pants that we provide plus white poly blend dress shirt, a tie, and a v-neck apron.

I cannot find a suitable replacement for the white dress short that is natural fibers. It needs to have built in stays, not buttons at the collar.

I am a woman’s but can/would wear either ladies or men’s cut shirts. I think a cotton and linen blend might have the texture and weight.

Anyone aware of dress shirts like this?
