I have designed a house that has everything I need and want from a house. It could serve me for the rest of my life. The only problem is that it's just a floor plan.

How can I take it from that to an actual blueprint that I can have an architect sign off on to be able to start getting permits (if I had the money together that is)?

I have ideas where every last detail would go. Outlets, switches, plumbing, fans, light fixtures, literally everything. I've been designing it for years so I know exactly what I want. I even mapped out the wiring in my head.

I'm only using a floor plan creator (free version at that), so I don't know how I could get it from there to a ready to build plan.
