Broth was great. Noodles were okay. I would get it again for the broth. I added some butter.

Who am I? (Ecuadorian Amazon)
Stumbled on this old photo I took near the Jatun Sacha Reserve (Ecuadorian Amazon, S. of Napo River near Puerto Misahuallí) in early June of 2005. He was a beauty and fairly big (def. >2 cm but my unreliable memory is it was even bigger, but I could be wrong).
What is it?
Edit: kinda just wanted to show this beauty off. I checked iNaturalist. It’s almost certainly a Rhinastus sp., maybe R. latisternus, not sure.
