I have a sony cybershot DSC HX7V and there is preset 4 song options. is it possible to change the songs if I connect it to my computer?

are there any mobile phone apps that Ican code/program things in?

I know I sound stupid and unexperienced (because Iam) but is it possible? (for mods, Iam not asking how, Iam asking if it is possible) Thanks for responses
