Hello! My Riichi Mahjong club is in need of a logo and possibly a character or mascot commissioned. We would prefer someone who knows how to play riichi mahjong specifically and the little nuances of the game to be referenced in the art, but knowledge of the game is not required.

We are looking for a style that is a mix between retro analog items(think vibes of cassette players, skateboards, VHS tapes, vinyl record players, polaroid cameras, etc.) and traditional japanese items(think vibes of kimonos, a Tori gate, Cherry blossoms, bamboo, geisha, koi fish, etc.) but set in an urban nighttime city scape.
