We're a Managed Services Provider (part of a 250+ location national network) looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our White Plains team. Primarily remote with occasional local client site visits—must have a reliable vehicle.
**What you'll be doing:**
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple client environments (Windows & Mac)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Network setup and support (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Server/infrastructure troubleshooting
- Acting as escalation point for complex issues
- Mentoring junior techs and helping shape internal processes
- Direct client communication and relationship management
**What we're looking for:**
- MSP experience strongly preferred
- Solid networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Strong M365 admin experience
- Windows & Mac support (MDM a plus)
- Great communication skills—you can talk tech with clients without losing them
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal structure
