Resounding Dawn

Resounding Dawn

I sigh, for my stay is at its terminus

Although sad, I align myself towards truths

I accept the fact that it's over

Because some things don't last forever

Excessive indulgence in leisure

Could lead to becoming less of a living creature

I still have better things to do

And responsibilities that are due

In the midst of darkness, I walk with loneliness

But nature made the dawn devoid of blankness

The blue sky intertwined with the amber bright

In contrast and compliment, a play of light

Born of the sun and sky, a scene so serene

As if everything stopped, for it to be seen

Resounding dawn, my eyes were drawn

Mother nature had drawn, a brilliance of its own

The earth its canvas and the clouds its threads

An art that made my mind free from dread

And empowerment to face things ahead

It didn't last forever, but it made me remember

In hardship eternity, life promises salvation as its guarantee

I watch, in awe, as the vivid in front of me disappear

While the real world made its way to reappear

Some questions regarding post suitability

Some questions regarding post suitability

  1. Does this sub accept scenes like sunsets (e.g figure above) as long as it includes non-urban elements (e.g. mountains, trees, sea, etc.)?

  2. What flair should the image above have?

  3. Is it appropriate to have "landscape scenery" flair?

Rice and Life

The rice that sustains life, and the lives that sustain rice

A "give and take" relationship, the sides of the coin that flip.

The Sky

I believe the sky is made for the earth, as complimentary as it would be.

The steel railing doesn't have any coconut tree in proximity, so we assumed it was lodged into the railing with force.

I weighed the coconut to be approximately 1kg, the impact site reduced the width of the railing to almost 0.5ft and estimated the thickness of the steel railing to be 1.5cm.

If it fell from a tree, how tall would the tree need to be to create/yield the same result?
