Swiss army knife ship

I am a thargoid war veteran who took a hiatus on a tropical world after the titans fell. I have decided my retirement must come to an end and i wish to rejoin the world and chase my first fully engineered ship that can do everything. When i left my Cutter had been close to complete. But now i hear new ships may make my cutter obsolete. I prefer flying large ships because i like to set them up to do everything and have all the luxuries. Money is of no concern. What builds would you suggest for me? Im looking to do some power play stuff and would prefer to set up a ship with the ability to get wherever i need no matter what. Which includes protecting myself from pirates. I do also want to consider some exobio or even ground combat zones. Any suggestions for what large ship to use or better full in recommendations for an old spacer returning from retirement?

I completed my secure container quest. Working on the hardcore missions but most are sending me to valley cuz ya know season 5 gimmick.

I was wondering tho do you have a main mapnyou like to run? The one you know best how to always profit on and get your most memorable raids? If so howndid you go about deciding that?

So im a 40k player and just found this game. I need to get Noble squad to paint at the very least. But if i were interested in starting to play what all would i need that would get me going? I know in some games the starter sets are usually outdated fast is that the case here?
