Halestorm Grad Cap!

I graduate with my associates degree this Saturday. I decorated my cap with an Everest theme! I chose this album because I feel like it’s a representation of my determination. I’m not stopping at an associates degree, I’m transferring and getting my bachelors, then masters, then I’m getting my clinical social work license. This is just the beginning and I’m determined to just keep going!

(Letting someone else write this on my account) So, my manager is not giving me any hours, and she refuses to make me a keyholder. I’m only getting like 4 hours a week. She keeps saying my numbers aren’t good enough even when I’m meeting company standard and even exceeding it at times. We had a talk about it and she gave me a few more hours but now we’re back to the same hours again. I’ve tried finding another job but I feel trapped here. What should I do? She refuses to give me hours.
