Why did they mess up the installation process so badly?
I had the old eero 5 pro's that worked for 7+ years great, installed them in spots around my house and all went smooth. I upgraded to the 7 pro's and had a nightmare installing, I ended up following advice on reddit which was setup each eero right beside the main eero and that worked. I recently gave away my old 5 pro's to a family member and they have the exact same issue with installation - on top of that their system is just flickering on and off and showing completely offline after the first day of usage - they have disabled wifi and dhcp on their primary router and have 4 eero's 5 spread across a 3000 sq ft house. I'm struggling to understand how the exact same 4 worked flawlessly for us with the same ISP and setup yet they are having an absolute nightmare..sad to see a good product get butchered by graduate developers
