Would CVS pay for fans and a dehumidifier to put in pharmacy?

Our store isn’t old but the way our building was built, most of the airflow gets directed to the break room and office and barely anything goes to the pharmacy, leaving our pharmacy hot and humid in the summer, according to our HVAC technician. Would cvs pay for a large sized dehumidifier and like 2 fans?

I live in Northern Virginia, found this on my bed. I have no infestations of any kind. How do i make sure there isn’t more and how do i get rid of it?
