How often should I be irrigating the extraction sites throughout the day? I’m currently on day 4 and my surgeon told me to start gently irrigating my lower extraction sites with a syringe to remove food debris. Should I keep doing the salt water rinses after meals, or switch to just irrigating instead? I completely forgot to ask him 😅

Hi guys, I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday at 8:30 AM and it’s the next day at 5:30 PM. Is it normal for there to be some ear pain? I’m just sooo paranoid of dry socket. The removal sites were stitched up so I can’t see the clot
