New bunny owner help please!

So this bunny has been hanging around my yard for a few days and to be completely honest I didn’t realize it was domestic until today. Immediately upon being told this I brought him inside, went to the pet store and bought what the pet store guy told me to get (pellets and bedding). We reached out to some bunny rescues and they’re all at capacity, and to be honest I’ve already fallen in love with him. So we’d like to keep him. We have a spare room in our house (my office for when I work from home). We’re planning on calling a vet that sees bunnies in the morning. We overnight ordered some timothy hay I believe it’s called and will have that ASAP. But neither I nor my fiance know anything about bunnies. The internet/chatgpt has been somewhat helpful but I’m trying to figure out what I need to buy realistically to give this guy the best life. I know bunnies are a big responsibility, but we have the time, money, space, and love so I would appreciate any guidance or advice yall have.
