Hi everyone,

I am trying to understand how World Bank ETC grades work, specifically EC2, and how they relate to regular staff grades such as GA–GH.

For example, if an ETC position is graded EC2, is there any rough equivalent to the staff grading system, such as GD, GE, GF, etc.? And if EC2 is broadly comparable to one of those staff grades, can the candidate expect a similar salary range to the published World Bank staff salary scales for that country, or are ETC compensation ranges usually different?
