At a dentist office, had a cleaning which possibly damaged my teeth

I had a teeth cleaning. The hygienist bumped my front tooth decently hard with their metal electric toothbrush.

It was sore and aching. I mentioned to my dentist whom checked it out. He didn’t really say much.

It’s still somewhat sore and aching even after taking advil.

Never had a problem with my front tooth before

What’s your advice for this?
