Runners high to runners low
This morning I did a long easy run, the sun was shining and I felt great.
But the rest of the day I felt like sh… I was tired, mood was low, couldn’t do all the things I planned to do, felt agitated and restless.
Does anyone recognise did?
I fuelled, drank during my run, took electrolytes after, ate after.
Some more tips to avoid this?
