I don't remember much about it, but I know that at the start of the show it was basically snowy, out in the middle of nowhere(I think?), there was a road, and a tower on the side of the road. I think there were two people, one was on the tower, and the person on the tower watched as someone got shot(I think) on the road.

Sorry it's not that detailed, it was a long time ago that I watched this, like early/mid 2010s. Would appreciate if anyone knew what it was. I don't normally watch niche anime so I'm pretty sure this was at least somewhat popular at the time at least

Basically recently went on a rabbit hole after watching Rap of China 2025, and from there, I ended up on a Top Barry and Rapeter song released recently called DD backseat, and in that song he references GAI and bridge as his top 2 brothers? I also remember bridge had a performance in ROC2025 where he said he only recognises GAI as like the master of hiphop or something, and I just want to know where this GAI/bridge influence comes from
