For me it is Tsuro. Really easy and quick game to teach, and a lot of fun as a casual party game that does not require too much mental focus.

A charity high dive jump from 50 meters goes wrong.

From Finnish wikipedia:

Wind caught Myllymäki's jump suit, which turned into a sail. Myllymäki hit the water his left side forward, with the speed of 120 kilometers per hour.

Myllymäki's injuries were severe. All of his ribs from the left side were broken, his lungs were torn, his kidneys failed and his spleen had to be removed. He was induced to an artificial coma, from which he was waken up in September 7 2001, a bit over a month after the jump.

https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matti_Myllym%C3%A4ki

The ill-fated 50 meter jump had been Myllymäki's way to celebrate his 50th birthday and his long career as a "clown diver" who performed stunts and funny antics while high diving. The proceeds of the 50 meter jump were donated to charity for children with cancer.

Myllymäki made a recovery from his injuries, and continued his career as a clown diver stuntman for years to come. His later antics included dive jumps into washing bins and high jumps while he was lit on fire.

WCGW trucking on ice in early spring

A truck driving across a frozen Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada, took a plunge when the ice gave way beneath it. One of the truck’s two occupants told Storyful “winter driving across the lake used to be safe,” but suggested that in mid-March only ice farther north would be suitable to drive on.

The two occupants of the vehicle escaped unharmed, with Global News, reported that the two were uninjured and refused emergency medical services. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police warned people to stay off the ice in this area, as a rapid current running under the frozen water makes it unsafe for crossing. Global News reported the truck was not salvageable and is currently submerged under the ice.
