How can I make this more effective?
I have both of these shields and even if I stand there just parrying, enemies don't freeze themselves against me. For example a bandit leader, the chill expires too fast to build up to a freeze.
Is there a way to make chill last longer or for these shields to apply MORE chill?
I really like the theme of both of these and wanted to be Frost based character with one of the frost shields. Any suggestions?
