My spouse and I submitted our application packet (485, 131, and 765), and after a few weeks, they scanned and uploaded the content. However, it seems like the scans only contain very few pages and also are in a random order.
Should I be worried about this?
Hi good folks, Just wanted to share my timeline with you in case it gives you a relief. I self applied for COS to H4 (from F1) and EAD ( as my spouse had approved I-140 at the time) back in Octomber 2025 and my approval for both H4 and H4 EAD came together in first week of April 2026. It matches the USCIS published processing times which is currenlty 6 months.
