My husband is doing a internship for operations manager through a program for military members about to get out.

Has anyone else done this and gotten a job offer? We are nervous because his internship ends in July and he leaves the military in August so we wont have alot of time for another backup plan if they dont offer him a position.

How far into the internship did you get to apply and get a job offer if one was extended to you?
