I’m using the oem Honda headers, midpipe and end section. But I cut of the flange can thing (idk what it’s called) smoothed the edges then welded on the small “U”things for the exhaust springs and boom now I got a more modern exhaust on my fireblade (the top spring was off when I took the photos it’s on now)
As the title says I let my best friend of 6 years ride my fireblade and he dumped it leaving a parking lot. It flipped over once and blew the stator cover open (so I thought)
Tore the bike apart to find an entire chunk of my engine case broke off along with lots of miscellaneous parts on the bike. Over the span of 3 months I tore the bike to the frame had the engine case rewelded up and fixed some of the ghetto things 17 year old me did to it. And as of 2 days ago I finally finished my fireblade. I’m so happy and proud of myself for tearing down and rebuilding a bike mostly on my own (yes my friend paid for about 90% of all the fixes)
