He helped create voice mimicking technology and artificial intelligence chat bots capable of mimicking human behavior including emotions.

He believed his technology was to be used on terrorists and criminals but once he realized the technology he helped create was being used on normal citizens around the world to enact a "New World Order" he blew the whistle and testified in 2017.

His technology along with other direct energy weapons are being used to torture and manipulate targeted individuals into acts of violence hoping it causes public outrage with the goal of pushing the public towards to enact a firearms ban in the USA and allowing the Government to enact a Patriot Act 2.0 giving the government the legal authority to use satellite surveillance to spy on all Americans for policing.

This technology is directional sound that can make sounds like footsteps and voices come from any direction like your neighbors or your coworkers at work. This technology was used for psychological operations in the Middle East. This technology has the ability to prey on situations of coincidence.

Im not making this post to discredit anyone who is effected by gangstalking as I believe it's does exist. I want to share my theory of what happened to me that gave me the illusion that people were out to get me when my targeting started.

When my targeting first started I would hear footsteps and voices outside my house that sounded like people were outside planning on breaking in. When I went to outside to confront them nobody was there.

When I walked around town I heard voices coming from the direction of other people who were walking around. I would hear things like "Im behind the target, abandon mission, do you want me to do it now" which obviously put me in a constant state of paranoia.

I now believe I was targeted by US Patent #5889870 "The Ventriloquist Effect" which can be found on the OCHCR Direct Energy Weapons / Targeted Individual Patents pdf.

I have done some research on this particular patent and have found that this is a real functioning technology that was even used for psychological operations in the Middle East. I suspect that this technology is commonly used to get people to suspect that family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, even kids at school are involved.

I would like to get other people's opinion about this technology being used on targeted individuals like myself.

Most people don't believe technologies like this exists and most people don't want to believe that their own government is capable of doing something so terrible to it's own citizens.

The goal is to create a problem, put it on the news, wait for public outrage, then offer a solution like gun control or pushing to expand the Patriot Act to legally spy on all citizens for policing (with the use of the targeted individual program).

This will evolve into using satellites to enforce all laws, including traffic laws. This will also prevent any armed and organized force against its own government. If the government is successful, we will end up in a system similar to what China currently has in place.

Targeted individuals are subjected to Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) that cause Havana Syndrome and Voice to Skull technologies (V2K) designed to torture and manipulate someone until they snap hoping for a violent reaction.

The goal is to create enough chaos in society by manipulating and torturing targeted individuals with these technologies hoping for mass shootings, attack neighbors thinking they are "in on it" and any other violent acts that will make the news and create public outrage.
