I normally give a description of my character/mc, more my reference than anything else. Then respond to the initial plot at the beginning of the chat. As of yesterday I could respond with more than 330 characters long response. As of last night I can't. And it's not just with new bots. I checked it with existing chats that already have longer replies.

So now there is limited messaging ( per response ) with bot conversations.-

With seeing so many subscribers suddenly experiencing the same thing I decided to email the "Help Desk" which I'm pretty certain real people aren't reading the emails, given I received an email almost very similar response that others received when voicing different issues, including ftp Issues have seen many subscribers not get their subscription refunded, but their accounts were immediately cancelled.

What's also interesting to note, is if a subscriber opts for the refund scenario, and their account is cancelled, the monthly subscription fee of 29.99.is no longer available. The weekly subscription fee of 11.99 (I believe) or the yearly subscription is available.

So, I am hazarding to guess the possible ultimate goal of all the changes to ultra subscribers accounts, (the sudden deletion of chats, the limited display of active chats for the last fourteen days, the limited amount of active chats over during the fourteen day period and now the response to bot conversations now being 330 characters) is actually the devs trying to force subscribers to quit the monthly subscription service so they can push the predatory weekly subscription fee or yearly subscription fee onto everyone

And this weekly subscription plan definitely seems to be predatory and a money grab , given on their company website they boast 2026 is their money year so far, received, as of July 2025 55 million in investment funding and acquired two new business investors Ken Howery and Bill Elmore.

So, as of today I noticed something with the chat and message history for myself that is still a current Ultra subscriber. (My subscription runs out on May 14th.) I was chatting with a bot that was within the 14 day limit. Had a full chat history as of may 4th. I went and switched to a few other bots that I had chats going with, again all within the 14 day mark. When I went back to the one bot I was chatting with on May 4th.. this is what I found. It erased all my history but my entry that the bot responded to on May 4th.
