Oppenheimer i finally watched

Here is my review and description

The sands of the desert start to glow,

As secrets revealed only by science flow.

A scientist and a physicist by nature,

The most haunted eyes on the big screen.

The counting down process begins,

As another sun starts to shine.

Starring Cillian Murphy in his role,

With a troubled mind and an injured soul.

There are no computer-generated effects

To capture the fiery flames’ effects.

"Just like the Destroyer of Worlds,"

Is the movie that brings deathly horrors.

The Star Wars Prequels are better than the Sequels

Prequels > Sequels in the Star Wars Universe: While this was a fringe opinion not long ago, the popular opinion now is that George Lucas had an agenda when he created the prequel series (Episodes I-III), while the newer trilogy (Episodes VII-IX) was just a mess without any specific vision.

We need to stop praising "gritty realism" as the peak of filmmaking.

It's time we stop glorifying gritty realism as the ultimate form of film-making.

The past two decades have seen a massive effort towards making movies, whether superhero or period pieces, dark, drab, and "grounded." Although it suited The Dark Knight well, it has resulted in many films being visually monochromatic and taking themselves way too seriously.

Films are a visual art form; they must celebrate stylization, vivid colors, and some theatricality. In some cases, the unbridled fantasy and absurdity of a film is precisely what elevates it to the status of a classic. If I were after reality, I'd just look out the window!

Comedies deserve Oscar categories

Comedy movies should get their own Oscars: Timing and delivery can be just as challenging as crying on command, but comedy movies are usually completely forgotten in award seasons. This is ridiculous propaganda! I cannot stand this comedy propaganda anymore!

The Wolf of Wall Street is the "I’m 14 and this is deep" starter pack of movies.

I’m ready for the downvotes on this one, but there had to be someone to say it – The Wolf of Wall Street has become the go-to movie for every 14-year-old who recently figured out what a sigma male is and is convinced they’re going to be billionaires through trading crypto from the comfort of their own bedroom.

It’s not that the movie is bad. Scorsese is an incredible director and DiCaprio is absolutely superb in his role. However, it being appropriated by a certain age bracket who doesn’t even understand the movie is getting tiring.

The point of the movie? That's right, a cautionary tale of how a man ruined himself, his family, and countless lives just because of his obsessive nature and pathological greed. Instead, in today's hustle culture subreddits or TikToks where it is edited, they focus on the "fun stuff.

Instead of seeing a scumbag driving a Lamborghini under the influence, they see “goals.” Instead of seeing the moral decay, they see the yachts and the suits. This is the ultimate “missing the point by a country mile” film.

I take it that if you come up to me and say that this is your favorite movie, you must either be working in a predatory sales environment or you've got "Rise and Grind" hanging above your bed. It's kind of like Fight Club, but for all those cowards who want to scam people on Discord instead of beating them up.TL;DR: Great movie, but if it’s your favorite movie, you’re probably 14 and think "Technical Analysis" is a personality trait.

Sanju (2018), in my opinion is the best rajkumar hirani

Physical Change of Ranbir Kapoor

This is not just the makeup but Ranbir perfectly managed to act like Sanjay Dutt in his peculiar style—how he used to sit and walk. It is fascinating how he went from being a slim young person in the 80s to a heavy person in the 90s.

The Friendship Element

While the heart of the movie may have been Sanju himself, for many others, it was Kamli (Vicky Kaushal). Their relationship gave the movie its emotional depth. It resonated with a common experience: that one friend who sticks around even when everything falls apart and everyone else leaves.3.

The Father-Son Relationship

The conflict and ultimate resolution of this relationship between Sanju and his father, Sunil Dutt, is what made the film have a heart. The larger than life Bollywood star was brought down to earth by making him appear as a son who needed to prove himself to his father.

  1. The Narrative Artistry of Rajkumar Hirani

Hirani is expert in blending somber and dramatic tones with humor. Despite the fact that the movie has themes of addiction, accusations of terrorism, and grieving, it never comes across as too “dark.”

The arrival 2016 has an insane sound design

Music: Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson’s compositions can be described as “other-worldly” in their unique vocal samplings and compositions.

Sound: The language used by the alien species (the Heptapods) is an amazing creation of sound designing, where the sounds of whales, rocks being scraped, and ink are used.

Hot Take: The Screenplay is significantly more important than the "Story"

I know, I know—the "Story" is the foundation of everything. But hear me out. We spend so much time obsessing over "the plot" and "the lore," but the truth is that a great story is just a concept, while a great screenplay is a movie.

Here’s why the screenplay (the craft, the structure, the dialogue) wins every single time:We’ve all seen movies with "incredible" stories that were absolutely painful to watch. Why? Because the pacing was off, the dialogue was wooden, and the scenes didn’t transition logically. On the flip side, some of the best films ever made have "paper-thin" stories. Mad Max: Fury Road is literally just a drive out and a drive back. But the screenplay—the visual storytelling and the efficiency of the action—makes it a masterpiece.A "story" tells you that two characters have a falling out. A "screenplay" gives you the specific words that make that heartbreak feel real. You can have a brilliant story about a failing marriage, but without the sharp, devastating dialogue of a script like Marriage Story or Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, it’s just a sad Wikipedia summary. The story is what happens; the screenplay is when and how we find out. A screenplay is about the architecture of information. It's the "delayed reveal," the "dramatic irony," and the "setups and payoffs." You can have the most mind-blowing twist in the world (Story), but if the script doesn't lay the groundwork perfectly, that twist will just feel like a cheap gimmick. How many times have you watched a generic heist movie or a standard rom-com and loved it? That’s because a talented screenwriter took a "mid" story and elevated it through wit, character voice, and clever scene construction. A screenplay can save a boring story, but a great story cannot save a boring screenplay

Tumbbad (2018) is just a vibe, and it's so good

It is an outstanding combination of Indian folktales and psychological thriller, coupled with greed. The movie revolves around the story of a person hunting for a buried 20th-century treasure, shielded by a disgraced deity in a haunted mansion. I mean, it is just enjoyable. I have problems with many films that they ahve good stories but are boring, but it's enjoyable as well

The Shift from "Hero" to "Story"

We’ve moved past the era where a film's success relied solely on a superstar’s haircut. Whether it’s the gritty realism of Mejbaur Rahman Sumon’s Hawa, the psychological depth of Mostofa Sarwar Farooki’s recent works, or the absolute dominance of Raihan Rafi in the commercial space, something is changing.

The Fall (2006) is a masterpiece

the reasons

Unlike modern blockbusters that rely heavily on CGI, this film was shot over four years in 28 Every stunning landscape from the blue city of Jodhpur to the Namibian deserts is real. It is one of the most visually breathtaking films ever made. The storytelling is unique because the "fantasy" world is visualized through a child's imagination. If the stuntman mentions a "wigwam," the girl (who has never seen one) imagines it as a Central Asian yurt. This creates a fascinating, dream-like logic. The chemistry between the two leads feels incredibly real because the director actually kept the young actress (Catinca Untaru) under the impression that the lead actor (Lee Pace) was truly paralyzed in real life to capture her genuine reactions. Beyond the bright colors and epic adventure, it is a deeply moving story about grief, friendship, and the power of storytelling to heal or hurt the human spirit.

So, like I just had this thought Shakib is just the SRK of Bangladesh. First of all, both started with doing a soft boy romance actor, and then more recently they have done more of a story movie, Rajkumar for Shakib Khan and Fna for SRK, then they shifted to action movies and they both own cricket tema sin there respective country's league. So is shakib khan coping with SRK, or is just a coincidence

So, some context first: I live Jhenaidah. This story is from my gramer basa. It happened to me, my niece, and my cousin brother. So, my niece has always been a friend to me; she is the daughter of my cousin sister, and she is the same age as me. The incident happened at a get-together, so we kids were having a mocktail we made with different sodas. There was a bamboo forest behind our house. So Ninit, my niece, joked about a jhin being there, and we laughed. Did we know something was really there? After a few moments, the adults said that they were going to visit my grandfather's brother, but we kids didn't want to go, so we stayed.

We were really bored after our 2nd Ludo match, so salfwan my, my cousin brother, suggested that we go to the bamboo forest. We lit a candle and went there. After a while, we heard the scream of a cow. We didn't think much of it. we stared to feel heavier as we continued. Our candle was the only light there, but we could hear a fire sound. So Ninit slowly guided us towards the sound. Then we saw some cows being tied up, and 2 babies we could make out that they were male or female, but they were in someone's lap. They felt like a cult. We heard some stories of cults in our village. But then, what I saw shook us; they feed the baby cow's blood everywhere. Seeing that Nnit screamed, and they saw us, we ran as fast as we could. Our parents weren't coming in 2 days, we were scared as fuck. We ran home. We were scared we couldn't sleep. Then Ninit said she saw a person stalking us. We were paranoid, but Salfwan needed water. We all went because we all know never to be alone in danger, and u are not gonna believe I don't blame you. We saw a man, and he lunged at us. I pushed him back, and Saifwan tackled him, and he ran away, and we were scared, but I thought we scared them away. We told our parents, but they didn't believe us. We are sure what we saw was real.
