ai tools are everywhere, but turning them into real business workflows is still hard
hey everyone, i’ve been building a tool called Supr and wanted to share something i’ve been working on for small business owners and founders.
the idea is pretty simple:
one ai trying to do everything usually gets messy. real work has different parts — emails, leads, follow-ups, github, content, admin, scheduling, and repeat tasks.
so with supr, i’m trying to make it feel more like building your own small ai team.
for example, you could set up different agents to:
watch your github, handle emails, find new leads, organize tasks, draft follow-ups, or run repeat workflows in the background.
the goal is not just to chat with ai, but to give it actual jobs that help save time during the week.
i made a short video showing the idea here:

it’s still early, but i’m building this mainly for founders, solo operators, and small business owners who don’t have a big team but still have a lot of moving parts to manage.
curious how people here are using ai right now.
are you mostly using ai for writing and brainstorming, or have you started using it for actual workflows like email, leads, customer follow-up, admin, or operations?
