Unable to Complete FACEIT Verification – Document Rejection Issue

I am from Nepal and I have been trying to complete the FACEIT verification process, but my driver’s license is repeatedly being marked as an invalid document. I also possess an expired passport, but the photo was taken when I was very young, which may be causing verification issues.

At the moment, I do not have a renewed passport because I currently have no need for one, and this situation is preventing me from accessing important FACEIT features and continuing normal use of my account.

I kindly request a manual review of my documents or guidance on any alternative documents accepted for users from Nepal. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information necessary to verify my identity.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as this issue is affecting access to my account and overall experience on the platform.

Having trouble with verification for FACEIT

I've been having this problem since yesterday, I can't verify the browser application wouldn't register my face, after some time a thank you screen pops up but immediately resend application screen pops up. I want to play faceit and I am trying to verify, can you help.

Today this happened to me and my friends in the same game multiple times

so while playing competitive match on breeze, me and my teammates would randomly get our ping spiked to like 20k-30k and after 2/3 rounds we would be back. Is everyone experiencing this or is it just us. no the internet is not the problem I have a very good internet connection and while I was lagged out in game, other apps like youtube, reddit were running just fine.
