If you have used opus 4.6 or 4.7, it's coding quality is better than a coder with 10 years of experience, though many coders say "it could replace only beginner coders". We need to wake up and smell the coffee instead of denying the reality that has descended on it. 2 weeks of human work is 2 days if claude work now. For ERP implementation abroad, there used to be a team of 3 to 4 onsite guys and 5 in india to make modifications and write sqls. Complex SQLs is childplay for claude. All 5 can go and we need just two at best now. We need to be prepared and have a strategy.
